In terms of business performance, Junmei Hospital generated a revenue of 8.529 million yuan and a net profit of 1.0613 million yuan from January to May 2018, just half a year after its establishment. As of May 31, 2018, its net assets were 7.0613 million yuan. The counterparty to the transaction has committed that Junmei Hospital will achieve a post-tax net profit of no less than 4.5 million yuan, 7.5 million yuan, and 8.5 million yuan in 2018, 2019, and 2020, respectively.
